Hey friends. Hi Wednesday. Hello March!
Today I'm sharing a look featuring one of my favorite spring trends — the block heel.
If you've been around for a while, you know that I've been trying to incorporate pumps into my everyday wardrobe a little more. I love the added boost (height wise and confidence!) that a good pair of heels provide. But, I hate that after walking two blocks, I'm (usually) desperately summoning an Uber to my destination. I need pretty and practical.

Enter: these block heels. The chunky base provides affords added comfort and stability that stilettos often lack. I've mentioned before, but my favorite type of pump is one where the heel is situated at the very back of the shoe, rather than tapered inward. And of course, all block heeled shoes have the heel situated squarely at the back. It gives the shoe a streamlined silhouette and makes for great balance and walkability. Read: pretty and practical.
You know how exhausting the search for a great pair of denim is? Much less, the (nearly) impossible task of finding a good pair of white denim? Y'all. I've found the ones. The perfect pair of white jeans that aren't transparent or stiff — but not so stretchy that they create unforgiving lines. And at just over $50, I really don't think it gets much better than this.

I'm also a huge fan of block heels! There is no way I'm walking everywhere in stilettos!

Love those heels ♥
ReplyDeleteWhite jeans are a really fun fashion step for me, because they're both really bold and really subtle, depending on how you see it. You rock them here!
ReplyDeleteI don't think I've ever owned a pair of block heels, but I'm loving these! I also love your white jeans! I love wearing white shorts in the summer and spring time.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love those heels!
ReplyDeleteI've been on a hunt for great white jeans too. It's a lot harder than I thought it would be. Your's look amazing, loving the nude heels too. xx Merisa | Monogrammed Magnolias
ReplyDeleteThis is adorable, though, I'm still too scared to wear white jeans--certainly something I need to try.
ReplyDeleteI've always been nervous to try the block heels, but I might this summer! I heard old navy's white jeans are great, I might buy a pair!
ReplyDeleteLove this look!

those block heels are such a staple!!! love how simple they are, but you will get SUCH good use out of them.
ReplyDeleteThat type of heel looks very easy to walk in. I have never tried one before. Love the colour of them, too.
ReplyDeleteWhite Walking Shoes advocate decency, elegance, sacred and spiritual nature. White shoes are highly preferred by many older women and ladies around the world. They especially love wearing them in summer season.
ReplyDeleteToday I'm sharing a look highlighting one of my most loved spring patterns — the piece heel.
ReplyDeleteIn the event that you've been around for some time, you realize that I've been attempting to consolidate pumps into my regular closet somewhat more. I adore the additional support (stature savvy and certainty!) that a decent match of heels give. In any case, I despise that in the wake of strolling two pieces, I'm (more often than not) frantically summoning a Uber to my destination. I require lovely and down to earth.
